Work Overview
Working alongside a trusted contractor, Peerless delivered a complete AV solution across multiple environments, each with its own acoustic and functional requirements.
While the client retained control of the network design, we rebuilt and recommissioned the infrastructure, ensuring a stable and high-performance backbone for the system as a whole.

A Crestron control system was paired with RTI handheld remotes, combining powerful central processing with intuitive user control. Wall-mounted iPads provide additional access points where required.
The network head-end was rebuilt, with all cabling terminated, tested and recommissioned. Power distribution and conditioning were handled using Furman systems to ensure long-term reliability and equipment protection.
Distributed audio and display systems provide balanced coverage across the bar, snug and open-plan areas, supporting both background listening and more social use.
Dedicated AV systems were installed within the gym and pool areas, including weather-resistant displays and speakers, all controlled via waterproof remotes suited to the environment.
A centralised AudioControl matrix amplifier manages audio routing, processing and distribution, supported by a multi-stream media server for flexible access to music throughout the space.
A Blustream matrix distributes video to all areas, integrating streaming platforms alongside the client’s personal Plex media library for a seamless content experience.
A JVC laser projector paired with a Lumagen video processor delivers exceptional image clarity and contrast onto a 149-inch acoustically transparent screen.
A full Dolby Atmos system was installed using Paradigm speakers and dual subwoofers, powered and processed via Anthem electronics to deliver scale, precision and impact.
The room was acoustically treated with CinemaTech panels, carefully balancing absorption and diffusion to optimise clarity and immersion.
A Future Automation projector lift was used to maintain clean architectural lines when the system is not in use.
