Stage 1

Stage 2

We also provide clear, client-friendly documentation, ensuring everything is easy to understand without unnecessary technical jargon.
Stage 3
With extensive experience working alongside builders, electricians, and other contractors, we understand the importance of clear communication and coordinated planning. When it’s time to bring the design to life on-site, our project managers, installation engineers, and programmers work together with aligned purpose — keeping a close eye on progress to ensure everything stays on schedule and free from surprises.

Stage 4
Once your preferred streaming services are configured and everything is ready to go, we carry out a full system handover. We take the time to walk you through each feature in detail, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable using your system. You’ll also receive a clear, easy-to-follow guide, designed to support you long after we’ve left site.
Once your system has been commissioned, our support doesn’t end — it evolves. Powered by a remote management platform, we remotely monitor the health and performance of your entire home network and AV system in real time. Every connected device is continually observed. This allows us to run diagnostics, apply firmware updates, restore devices, and often resolve issues before they’re ever noticed.
